We provide practical support, structured services and opportunities that help people rebuild their lives and move towards greater independence.

Supported Accommodation
We provide safe and suitable accommodation for people at risk of homelessness through a network of private landlords, estate agents, and supported housing partners.

Personalised Support
Every resident receives tailored support based on their individual circumstances, needs, and goals.

Key Work & Action Planning
Residents are supported through regular key-work sessions and personalised action plans that are reviewed and updated with their involvement.

Access to Essential Services
We help residents access GP registration, benefits support, bank accounts, budgeting support, and referrals to mental health and specialist services.

Independent Living Support
We help residents build everyday skills including personal hygiene, cookery, budgeting, and maintaining accommodation.

Training & Employment Pathways
We support residents in accessing education, accredited training, job readiness support, and employment opportunities.

Move On Support
When residents are ready, we support them in moving on to council or private accommodation to continue their journey towards independence.
Supporting More Than Our Tenants
Our commitment extends beyond housing. We respond to wider hardship in the community through practical support initiatives that promote dignity, care, and inclusion.

Welcome Packs
Each new resident receives essential items to help them settle into accommodation with greater comfort and confidence.

Breakfast Club
Free meals, groceries, and refreshments to people in the local community, helping to ease food insecurity.

Christmas Hampers
In December 2024, we distributed over 800 hampers across London and Birmingham, helping to relieve pressure on individuals and families.
Breakfast Club
As part of our wider community impact, we run our Breakfast Club, a food support initiative designed to help address hunger and hardship within the local community. The Breakfast Club provides practical support to individuals and families who may be struggling to access basic food supplies.
